Who Do We Collaborate With?
Some of Our Partners
Who is your partner and which direction are you heading? Hopefully you are not a passenger on a bus about to drive off a cliff.....right? We understand the importance of collaborating with the right people and resources in our local community to find and deliver truly unique real estate projects. That is why we are constantly seeking out partners in this market and markets close by who share our vision and are committed to excellence. Our experience and expertise in development, financing, project management, and construction enables us to collaborate in a variety of ways within the Real Estate community .

Land Owners
Believe it or not is is through our network that we typically connect with land owners. We are able to collaborate in a variety of ways, but the greatest value we can add to a land owner is our counsel. Land is complicated. While it is a natural resource and you might think you can do what you want with land, the opposite is true. It is highly regulated through policy which is typically zoning regulations. Zoning regulations vary across the country, as they are determined by local governments and municipalities. These regulatory bodies play a significant role in dictating how land will be used and developed through zoning regulations and land use planning. We are going to dive a little deeper on this subject in our blog section, but suffice it to say - overall, regulators have the authority to create and enforce zoning regulations to shape the use and development of land within their jurisdiction, with the intention of promoting orderly and sustainable growth while balancing the interests of various stakeholders.
We would love to chat with you about the unique characteristics of your land and maybe offer some insight into how the land might add value to the local community and you as a land owner.
Developers
We might find it feasible to collaborate with other developers for various reasons including shared expertise, resources, and market
opportunities. He are some of the ways in which we collaborate with one another.

1. Joint Ventures: We are always open to joint ventures to pool resources, expertise and capital to undertake more meaningful, and complex projects. Real estate is not one size fits all. By combining resources, we can often tackle projects that might otherwise be beyond the limitations of one developer but more feasible for another. Joint ventures allow us to share risks, resources, costs and profits and it provides us an opportunity to leverage each others's networks and relationships.

2. Co-Development: Developers work together to plan, design and execute a project. Each developer brings their unique skillset and experience to the table, allowing for a more comprehensive and well-rounded approach. Co-development can lead to synergistic outcomes, as developers can benefit from the collective knowledge and creativity of the team.

3. Strategic Alliances: We may form a strategic alliance with other developers to pursue specific market opportunities of geographical expansions. These alliances might be formal or informal and often involve sharing market intelligence, resources, and expertise. By collaborating, we can tap into new markets, access a larger customer base, and mitigate risks associated with entering unfamiliar territories.

4. Networking and Professional Associations: We believe in networking and professional associations to connect with other industry professionals. Through these interactions, we build relationships, explore potential collaborations, and stay updated on industry trends and opportunities. These associations and industry conferences provide platforms for developers to meet and engage with like-minded professionals and potential partners.

By working together we can enhance our competitive advantage, expand our portfolios, and create mutually beneficial opportunities in the dynamic and ever-evolving real estate industry. If you are new to developing and would like to partner with a more seasoned team, we would love to hear about your project.
Realtors
We have a special relationship with our Realtor community. They are quite adept at leveraging their expertise, network and market knowledge. Our friends are out there actively scouting the market for potential development opportunities. They are often analyzing market trends, zoning regulations, and property availability to identify areas or properties that have the potential for development. By bringing these opportunities to our attention, they often initiate our deals. Realtors build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other industry professionals. Through their resources and collaborations we are often introduced to new potential projects or joint ventures. These partnerships can often lead to deal opportunities. If you are a savvy real estate professional looking to build your network, give us a call. We would love to collaborate. Our value proposition is the back end listing opportunity once we complete a development.
Other Professionals
We wouldn't be able to do what we do without the long list of other professionals who serve as our community as we engage in building community or reimagining past community. It truly takes a village; attorneys, financers, title companies, architects, engineers, consultants, municipalities, contractors, insurers, to name a few. We are eternally grateful for their contributions in reshaping community. Relationships are the key ingredient when it comes to real estate ventures. Much like human biology, the form and function of the process of real estate development and redevelopment are closely integrated and vital to the survival of the communities that we live in and will leave for future generations. We couldn't be more proud to call ourselves professionals in this community. Give us a call to collaborate!
