We leverage our years of experience navigating the development process which helps us mitigate the complexities that often accompany real estate development. We have had a front row seat and have been directly responsible for many of the activities that coincide with the mechanics of real estate development. We are in the game and not on the sidelines. We are comfortable with turbulence and have the capacity to execute when things are turbid. We are all familiar with the term "The only constant is change." We thrive is this environment.

At the end of the day our business is about relationships. We have forged the path and have built relationships with some of the most disparate groups of people. We have built trust, displayed integrity, earned respect, had tough conversations, provided solutions, hired, fired, provided counsel, served as the vanguard for our partners, to name a few. We espouse community and that is the most important thing that we are entrusted with as real estate developers. We know it takes a village and you can be confident that we have the ability to amalgamate that village and execute the business plan for our partners. 

Knowledge

You don't know what you don't know! Have you ever experienced first hand what it's like to sprint into a briar patch? You get to the other side eventually, but not without losing a pound of flesh. It is synonymous with what it might be like if someone decided they wanted to pursue a real estate development without the knowledge and appropriate skillset to navigate the process. Some might attest that they lost what felt like more than a pound of flesh. We are knowledgeable and have the experience to navigate the often turbulent waters associated with real estate development. 

Communication

Ever been in the dark? We certainly have and can attest to the fact that it is one of the most frustrating things. We believe in transparency. We ensure that we communicate expectations early in the process and we set benchmarks early on with our team. We mentioned relationships - and they only work when there is open and honest communication. We are fully transparent when it comes to who we are, what we do, how we do it and what to expect when there is a speed bump in the road. We want our clients to know that we are always happy and willing to sit across the table from them to help find solutions before they become problems. 

Risk Management

When we start our journey, we want to be confident in our plan, but we know that the unexpected may arise. Although we can't predict everything, we want to make sure we have thoroughly reviewed our plan and have backup options ready. We want to be able to adapt quickly and reallocate resources promptly to achieve our goals and execute our plan. We want to ensure we have asked the right questions and looked across all fronts. We want to ensure that we are performing a qualitative risk analysis for each project to mitigate the risk to the team.
