Our passion is real estate.

Stöcke + Ziegel was founded with a simple vision: collaborate with professionals whose work is centered on real estate. Our focus is missing middle housing — the gap between single-family homes and institutional multifamily. Two to ten units is our sweet spot.

Our founder, Mike Tamayo, brings more than 25 years of experience developing and building institutional-level projects. His goal is simple: create value in the communities where we live, work and play.
