What do you build?
We focus on small-scale “missing middle” housing: duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes and other infill homes of up to ten units, designed to fit the character of Charlotte’s existing neighborhoods. We handle the whole process, from trees to keys.
Where do you work?
We are based in Charlotte, NC, and focus on Charlotte neighborhoods where small-scale multifamily housing is both feasible and beneficial: areas with a mix of lot sizes, strong demand for new housing and long-term neighborhood potential.
