Construction
No project is without issues. Having built more than $325M in projects, we have managed plenty of them, and we know how to work through problems while keeping project goals aligned. Every new build carries risk on all fronts, and there is no value in an unfinished project.
We are fully licensed commercial builders with 25 years in the industry, and we have been the point man on the delivery of more than 1,500 new homes. Spec home, custom home, duplex, triplex, quadplex or something else entirely: we are comfortable with the entire process, from trees to keys.
Renovations
We work with home sellers whose homes are in a great location but need updating. Too often, homeowners leave value on the table: sellers may underestimate the importance of updates, while buyers tend to overestimate their cost. As a result, a dated home can take longer to sell or bring a lower price.
Don’t let the wrinkles in your home dictate its value. We help with a market analysis through our network, a property assessment, the renovation plan and budget, hiring professionals, permitting and project management.
